How does one overcook filet mignon?
Somehow, I did. I HAD to.
Now, they were these little crappy frozen ones - probably, in reality, filet of german shepherd or jabberwocky or something 'non-beef', considering the price - so, I really shoulda known better, in the first place. And NO MONTREAL STEAK SPICE, either - making the disaster complete! At least, my baked potato was perfect. The 'non-beef'-thing makes me think of Fat Tony on the Simpsons, saying, 'Think..MORE LEGS.' Yikes.
And apparently, my 'sloppy bisons' went over HUGE, though, as I came home this morning to a 2/3 empty crock pot. Teenagers. :D
Speaking of which, I'm a little on the out-of-sorts side, having had little sleep, due to the loud laughing and carrying on that went on all day, around here. The Wii is still quite popular. I have to laugh at these boys, sitting around eating chicken salad-dipped celery sticks and drinking MY earl grey iced tea. How VERY. No wonder people think we're weird.

There was a promo for the Virgin Galactic on television, this morning!
This one little lady, Anne, and I freaked OUT over it - and I damn-near trampled little Viv (who I was bringing out of the bathroom) in my bid to see the television. The other lady said that she wanted to go SO badly, always has, and didn't even care if she came back, saying it looked, 'Halfway to Heaven, anyway.' I totally agreed and we nerded out together over the moon landing, the martian faces/statues/bacteria, and MIR.
She thinks that William Shatner has high blood pressure, and that's why he refused to go. Could be.
We both agreed that we'd still date Leonard Nimoy, though.

STILL trying to get 1980s, Foxes with Jodie Foster and Cherie Currie. Where all my seeds be at?
Thanks, Billy.

I know.
Oh, and it's just, 'Sloppy Joes' made with ground bison, instead of beef. Local, grass-fed, and low-fat. Reasonably priced, too.
