*~*~*
I hope tonight goes as well as last night did. I ended up having to make photocopies of my sherbet recipe :)
Found out why a coworker is CONSISTENTLY late and never gets called on it - she's been up to over an hour and a half late and simply doesn't punch in..THEN, in the morning, she fills out a 'missed punch' form and enters her arrival as 'on time'..She bragged about it to a fellow coworker who's HAD it with her - for various OTHER reasons - and we're all just minding our own on this. It's up to the fellow coworker if she wants to say something. Damn, that's unfair to the rest of us, though; said fellow worker's had a whole wing nearly FINISHED by the time she's rolled in..it's almost always on Friday (but she's doing it more and more, lately) - which is her, 'BINGO night'..
Our census is so low, that - as sparsely staffed as we are - they may call people OFF tonight. There were five empty beds on my wing, ALONE, last night. Yes, the 'L' word has been mentioned - we're all pretty nervous and tense; the slightest infraction (real or made UP, in some cases) is a cause for a write-up. An upper-up even opined that if this keeps up, 'We all may not BE here, next year..'
I could get unemployment, right? Sit on my ass and watch TOS all day, right? RIGHT?
