Itchy and weird and incomplete, somehow, when you're not here.

*~*~*

Still obsessively downloading all the YES I can catch hold of, despite peter brian's perturbed frowns in the background, here.

C'mon. Cut me a break. Who doesn't love, 'I've Seen All Good People'?

*~*~*

Eerily springlike, today. Sixty-four degrees! In February!

*~*~*

The, 'Plays Live' version of, 'The Family and the Fishing Net' is totally my 'definitive' version of such. My GOD. Just amazing, and SO WHAT ABOUT THE POST-PRODUCTION? If I had the technology to do it, I'd do the same. In this case, it's NOT how you arrived..it's that you got there.

Flawless.

*~*~*

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, [livejournal.com profile] violentfemmebot..Tomorrow..If you happen to wander by..

And I have a weird obsession with him in that dress, I can't help it. O:

Oooh, I haven't heard that one yet. *wanders of to search* The thing is, I love the original because Peter Hammill did the back-up vocals for that one, and Peter Hammill = ♥.

And thank you for posting all those pictures, so nice to wake up to them. :)

I'm usually exceedingly behind musically but I was thrilled when NASA blasted the Beatle's Jai Guru Deva Om into space yesterday.

*squees* THANK YOU!!! You know I love me some young, wedge-shaven Genesis PG. . . *drools* The "I Know What You Like" Peter is especially delicious . . he looks very sensual, with his shoulders thrust back, and . . . *falls into a delicious reverie*

If I had the technology to do it, I'd do the same. In this case, it's NOT how you arrived..it's that you got there.

Haha, I laughed out loud when I read those liner notes, and thought, YES, dear, this is why you release albums only every decade or so: such a PERFECTIONIST! But then, it is always *perfect.* Our dear knows best. (I did not like the synth-y "Solsbury Hill," however. It was a bit mismatched).

And the spring weather, no matter how abnormal, is rocking my world. Well, it's a twee bit colder today, but it's still wonderful, being that I've been inspired to show off one or another PG shirt today . . .

I have now realized that 'I've seen all good people' is really the YES song that I love. I must have it! And pretty pg's! I know you are fond of Brittania and the Fox, but I am somewhat partial to the last 4.
