H'Okay. Very nearly finished. At last - what IS this 'sleep' you all speak so highly of, again?

Just have the sheets to change..the fluids in my car to check..get ready..check banking..etc..

..and go sign a vacation form at work.

Yes. You read that right.

She LOST not one, but BOTH of my vacation request forms. Tried to wiggle out, but admitted that her desk was 'a mess'. BZUH. I SUBMITTED IT TWICE - MONTHS AGO. WROTE IT ON THE CALENDAR - AS PER HER REQUEST. GOT PPL TO COVER MY SHIFT. BZUH, I SAY.

I had to ask how that could be..as I had been GIVEN two vacation days (What? Just out of the blue? Interesting..I HAVE LIEK, ALMOST SIXTY HOURS OF VACA-TIME COMING TO ME..GIVE IT UP)..just not the other two I'd needed - um, was my houseguest supposed to WALK to the airport?

Hmm..She had no answer for that. So. Now I have them. Yis. And YET, I still have to go sign some effin' form.

..and yes. gayalithiel will be my first REAL houseguest - hope she likes cobwebs!.
