This Being Sick. Very weird, with the phantom aches and the pms and the throat and the snot, all stirred and combined. No fun. Got a right bangin' temp, too - 102.1, out of nowhere - and my ears are ringing; but, I can still all-but-hear them at work, griping and gnashing their teeth, that I've called off. As do we all.

No one's here.

Sleep, from five am. Friday on, has been naught but mere hour-and-a-half dips at a time - and being pulled out onto smallish islands of consciousness, inbetween. Dry off a bit, interact, do something wee - and then slip back into the silvery water, again.

And I sorta blew it, as apparently, I overslept tonight - to arrive, just as the festivities were winding down - and to obviously mistake an icon for an 'away'. I guess. I think.

I need a shower.

I don't know what mistaking the icon for 'away' is about but there were really no festivities to miss. I hopped on to look for you and Nat was there so I chatted with her for a few minutes. Sorry the timing was off. My whole night was thrown off- but I was still pretty tired from the previous night's festivities!

Well, you had the flag up, and I wasn't sure if that was a fancy 'away' or just an icon, like. Not being tops in social niceties, I waited a minute..then, looked at some emails..then, put my 'away' up and did the rest of the dishes, 'cos I thought, 'Ohh. She's writing..' ..then, came back and you had parentheses. I guess I was gone longer than I thought.

...and LOL, even *I* know what parentheses mean, hehehhehe. So, yeah; okay. Dur. <3
