Slept like the proverbial log. God, yes. After a piecemeal weekend of catnaps and running here and there.

Had a dream that gayalithiel and I went to meet _scarlet_ibis_ for a CureShow and she had dyed her hair a pristine, icy white with these pale blue tips, and I wanted to say how sharp I thought it looked (it really DID), but she was obviously so upset by it that I was in a real bind...not knowing whether to be honest or agreeable and feign sympathy..Knowing me? I was honest, and pissed her off.

And now? Have to find the right extension cords and put up some Christmas lights around here. The lilac bush out front won't know what hit it.

My Christmas lights are carefully put away each year. Every year I have all the proper extension chords packed with the lights. During the year, some evil gremlins hop in that box and tie everything in knots. So I will spend my evening untangling them.

Kudos to you for doing the outside, I'm skipping that part this year.

Having met Scarlet in real life, I can honestly say she'd look sharp in icy white hair with pale blue tips. Maybe when she's an old lady and her hair is silver she'll do the tips blue. Wouldn't that be keen?
