Home, home.

Been everywhere and back, today, it seems. Didn't get what I set out for...but got what I needed. Yeah.

Went to P's and took care of each other's business. We very nearly needed umbrellas, heh. His yard is an oasis - all shade and light and air and green and stars..and so was he, today. Walked a bit through the alleyways of Olde, under the moonlight, and it was good.

So thankful for a lot of things, right now.

God, he straightens me out..sorts me out..perspective, perspective, perspective...He just listens to even the stupidest of things..And - so wise and well-versed in the ways of me - he just knows. And, of course, catches on before I do, and makes me see the many parallels and links between things..

There really *is* no 'All or Nothing'. It just doesn't work that way.

He was the first, and we got through it, and are all the stronger for it. The second was a disaster (let us never speak of it again)..and the third? A gift, in so many ways. I want to get through this, as well - and be all the stronger for it, too.

There were two songs sort of rec'ced/brought up, today, to me..so, while taking my son to Record Connection (pre-P's) - well, whatdya know. There was the CD. Staring at me.

No need to go all into it, but somehow, they really helped. They really did, just humbling - to see yourself through others' eyes, I guess.
