The Carrot and the Stick.

Got my yearly eval, last night - all good, of course.
However.
Since I've made rumblings about leaving, lately -- nothing new, mind you, but they're panicking because we're four full-time positions DOWN. Again. -- they've, 'recommended' me for a Level Two Position...har. A slight raise and 'more' responsibility, aka doing things (like training newbs) that I've already done for ages, now, sans any sort of recompense.

We were told flat-out that no one on night shift would 'ever' qualify for this...so. I'll believe it when I see it. You betcha.

I always make a copy of such things, trust me..as it'll be nice to take to an interview, at the very least.

It would be great if they follow through! They seem pretty, well, you know how they seem, so even if they don't it will look great in an interview.
