Oy. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I now...have a cellphone. *cries* I fought against it for so very long; I really did.

I took a picture of a, 'Bates Motel' postcard, and that is my wallpaper. Neil Armstrong, announcing, "Tranquility Base..The Eagle has landed", is my ringtone..with, "Solsbury Hill", by pg and selected bits of, "Franz Schubert", and, "Radioland" by Kraftwerk, as other various announcements - thanks to gayalithiel, who hipped me to Myxer, I believe it's called. This definitely eases the pain, a bit..

I'm doomed, though. I just sent her two pictures of mein Neil-Cat. ♥

Cellphone, Ugh, how I dislike mine. I have a smartphone but I don't use the internet with it, go figure. I just don't stay glued at the hip with mine like so many people do.

Well they can be handy & useful in a remote area. I got rid of my land line and just use my cell(s) exclusively so I always have a phone with me. Not that I get many calls, just nice to know if I *need* to call someone, I can.

Also makes down time go faster, like when waiting in line. But yeah, I liked the neat things you can do with it like ringtones and backgrounds too!

I am driven to distraction by people texting while driving and walking in front of cars while looking at their phones. :( BUT they are a necessary evil in this world, especially for emergency situations. I'm glad you have one.
