Lovely quiet evening.


SO TOTALLY not in the mood for Pete and Fireworks - it would have been an evening of The Circus of Subtle, but Rapidly-Accumulating Nettlestings from ALL Directions, and how much fun is THAT?
I seem to have misplaced my tickets.
Aiming for the weekend, there.

Got all my sink-wash done right away, and DJ went out to a friends' place, and nobody was online, SO I ended up listening to, 'Quiet Steam', countless times on repeat, and - made Pete's birthday card. Mostly. I got lost, so if anyone CAME online, I'm sorry.

It's as, 'Roger Dean meets Peter Max in Kindergarten If It Were An Alternate Universe', as I could summon. Whoot. Lots of lovely clean ink and blues melting into blues.

DJ just said, 'Nah. It's at LEAST sixth-grade.'

So, that's something.

*puffs chest out*

Maybe I'll take a nice hot bath in my new Trektub..

ETA, 3:35 AM.: That wasn't just a bath, that was an experience..Yes.

Yay for epic baths! Sorry I wasn't on. This has been a wild extended weekend (which is to say we have occasionally actually done stuff other than sit and watch tv). B has a softball game tonight in Wisconsin Dells so I may not make it on before you go to work tonight. Will try to catch you sometime veeery soon!
