Last time I called off was Robert Smith's birthday, on April 21st - and I genuinely feel like crap; so be it. Ironic, because I just joked to![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
gayalithiel about calling off, this morning - just for fun - but said I was going to do it, tomorrow, because I was just off. I literally woke up coughing, and with my head pounding and full of snot, and that's just the way it goes, I guess; I'm absolutely sure it's from sleeping with a fan on me, full-blast, like I do - although I'm sure my mother will say it's because, "I eat weird." We've worked one on a wing, no float, for the past solid - what? Couple weeks or so, and it was bound to catch up. I feel like I'm full of lead - no pun, intended..it's surreal. The charge nurse assured me that, 'Oh, they'll be okay.", but, I know that's not the truth. This is a true kobayashi maru, but pardon my utter lack of enthusiasm.
So, yeah; boo-hoo, pity me. Pity my coworkers.
