I don't even want to hear that 'he is a family man, and went home, such a nice man, blah, blah..' -- for Chrissakes, it was Oscar Night.
Not only that, but the Oscars end at 9 PST. Family man or not, he can stay up later than 9, no? Heck, as far as I can tell, Christine wasn't even there, so it's not like the babysitter bill was getting too high.
