Alone.

Here..on here..and, for the most part, inside here.

It's a shame I have to work, or I'd just go back and sleep some more. Never enough, with the sleep, it seems. It ties me down, so willingly and cozily, with gossamer-light ropes that whisper impossible promises of renewal that I fall for every. single. time.

I dreamed about Carlos, oddly enough. It was a sort of 'Candid Camera'-type situation where he was offered music to play (for big money) at one of his DJ gigs; mostly, big-band music - and his facial expressions were pure Classic Carlos, trying to be polite and tap his fingers along to it; pretending to be considering it when you could tell that he thought the people were insane..
