a) Vaca started today! So..I have several pretty-much free activities, planned:
1) It's high time I pimped my daughter and her work:

- she is amazing, and what she does, every day, is amazing. She works with a great group of people who've become like a second family, to her. Great folks. Anyway, this upcoming Saturday, I just happen to be free, and - weather permitting - we are going to go and get involved with this:

Me? Football? Heh. I'm sure there are things I can do, to help. I'm pretty excited about it. :)
2) Mon Bernard. Wants me to come and spend the day with him, and the book he chose for me to read to him? The Koran. Fortunately, my son has a copy, so this will be a learning experience for us both. He is also interested in the teachings of Buddha. I'm going to see if it is feasible to get him outside, for a little bit. He continues to surprise and challenge me. This man is so special, and time? So fleeting.
3) http://www.longspark.org/art.html - not free, and again, weather permitting. A fun way to spend time with my daughter, as well...maybe after the football. :)
4) http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/sectionfront/life/at-longwood-gardens-fantastic-treehouses-grow-401120/ - - Dang-near peeing my pants, over this one. One of my daughter's favorite places, on earth - so she has an, 'in' on discounted tickets...We'll pool money on the gas, as well. If it doesn't work out, we are ABSOLUTELY going in the fall. TREEHOUSES. This led to me turning her on to:
