So. Just made an enormous macaroni and cheese casserole - total old-fashioned comfort food, NONE of that boxed/powdered nightmare-stuff, here - for my son, to celebrate his offer at work -
- Echo is GOING TO TOWN on it, lol. No pasta, per se - but she sure loves the homemade sauce.

Apparently, she is unaware that the sauce was made with rice milk.
