Great. Fabulous.

Caught on local news, at work, around six am., this morning - - a 'high pollen' count/warning for our area. Uh huh. Pollen. While it's raining and there STILL are no buds on the trees. The following sprung immediately to mind:

Add to that? A letter stuck in my doorway from management, advising us to, 'boil water for use until further notice'. Yup. Okay. Will do. Showering will be, 'interesting', from now on, I guess.

Having a weird catch-all supper, tonight. The last of my meted-out cucumber and lovely grape tomatoes and purple onion, in a small vinaigrette salad. Asparagus on the side, with toasted cheese sandwiches - as a farewell to fresh local vegetables and dairy.

Why does no one care about this?

Why are people (for the most part) totally ignorant?

Why is no one doing anything about it or even trying?
