Good stuff from today:

a) The heater I bought is AMAZING; it was so warm in my room today, that I actually kicked off my blankets while sleeping :D

b) My daughter got a 'wild hair', last night, and kidnapped her brother for a road trip to the beach - Lewes/Henlopen/Rehobeth, Delaware - because, 'she hadn't seen the ocean in almost ten years'. She let her brother drive a good portion of the way, even though, 'He drives like a little old LADY, Mom!' - which is, in my opinion, a good thing. They had a GORGEOUS, sunny day and 'didn't freeze THAT much' - and, being wise guys, were gonna bring me a deceased horseshoe crab for an ashtray. I'm glad they didn't, but can't wait to see her pics. DJ said that they basically cracked up laughing all day - and with what's been going down here, lately? THIS IS A GOOD THING.

d) The Hospice lady came and - surprise, surprise - surmised that Teh Man was in no condition to take care of his father.

*RELIEF*

So, he's going to have to go into a place, near here, and will not be happy...but will be safe. He's been to the same facility for rehab-to-home twice before, and will have hospice, there. NOT at where I work.

*Bigger RELIEF*

Teh Man knows that he will have to spend a MINIMUM of two days/nights in prison. That's PRISON, folks. Wtf. This is a new thing for us all. Now, this is not a 'good thing' - the 'good thing' is that the judge may take into account his physical condition and give him, 'house arrest'.
