Oy. Slept too long, again. I guess I needed it, but I need to work out, MORE.

The weird thing is, I woke up late, but it's still light out. The sky is blue.

'C'mon, Jack..let's go, let's GO..'

I dreamed about just that, sort of. It was dark - pitch-black, country-dark - and I was going down this worn stone path that wove through thick trees on either side.

I heard someone calling to me from the tiny, warm, rectangular yellow glow of windows - so far away, they seemed. Excited, I immediately turned - the beam of the flashlight bobbing and dancing all over the pathway - and told Paul to 'Hurry! Look what I found! There's a cemetary back here!'

And as I spoke, I cast the light back and forth in the trees, revealing so-bright-they-were-almost-surreal, almost-day-glo tombstones, in amongst the trees. They were yawning and tilting crookedly in every direction - really old, really thin, they were - and near-hidden by old vine-growth and dry leaves. I cast the light onto the path, so he could find his way and join me. I started to walk back to guide him..

..and woke up.

Bummer.

The fact that mein frugality has left me *exactly* the amount I need for my ticket to Chicago..even with the recent banking disasters foibles.

Synchronicity, yo.

I just may see if I can gack a couple of extra hours this weekend at work..just for the extra money.

*snort* Who am I kidding? Nah. FTS. Anyway, I told my son that his drummer could stay over again..so..I really ought to be here, right?

My sister was just here. Again. I have to see just exactly how much she took out of the spare room..gimme a sec.

Okay. She took about, say, six boxes..only about twenty to go..It's a start.
