Just a good, good day. Muchly needed.

Got some gooood sleep - the Tommyknocker didn't come today. Or, if he did? I slept through his harrassment/rudeness. So, nyah.

Talked to my daughter for, like, an hour on AIM - how bizarre is that?!? So deadly witty, that one. So clever and just cool as cool could be. We are going over to her place for pizza (and to loot her library of excellent books - some Orwell and Kerouac) and then DJ and I will be off to 'the good record store (with actual vinyl)', Record Connection - while she goes whizzing off with David to a coffeehouse/book shop thing.

Drive-by dinner. Drive-by lives.

I really miss her.

DJ and I had a 'ScrabbleEXtrEmE!!11! Night' - we combined two boards' worth of letters and just kicked major ass. I finished with 517 - and he, with 416. We so rule the sport.

He is so funny. There are just no words. I have not laughed that much in freakin' years, and I really needed it. He is SO getting a 'Knights of the Square Table' teeshirt for his birthday.

My kids give me hope for the future. If I wasn't their sainted mother? I would want to hang out with them. They are Good People.
