Got my 'evaluation' last night..in parentheses, as it was a sham. S'posed to get one after your first thirty days..I have been there over a year and a half..Got all fives and fours -- on a scale of 1 - 5 -- and the comments, 'Good Role Model' and, 'Promotes teamwork and stirs enthusiasm' and, 'Shows exemplary trustworthiness' and 'ability to work unsupervised' (meaning ALONE, EVERY NIGHT, I guess..*snort*)..Got ONE '3', and the nurse said that they told them to 'find at least one thing bad', so she 'had to'...the '3' means 'average'..Know what it was for?

'Must limit conversation with residents'

Excuse me..BWAhahahahahahhaa..No, really..

Me (after laughing): 'This has been an issue since BIRTH for me..it won't change..'

Found out that they 'had' to find at least one thing wrong so that they would not have to give you a bonus. Bastards. I asked for a copy of this 'evaluation', and she seemed surprised; but I will have it..Copier broken or not..

Oh, and in the Here We Go Again Department: My mother stopped into Frank's after work this afternoon to check on him, and then stopped in here, waking me up with her hysteria....he was nowhere to be found.

Again.

Of course, I knew exactly where to call to find him.

The hospital.

Now, it seems, it's his knee. No call to let us know; nothing. He just summons his 'private' ambulance and off he goes, these days, I guess.
