Feb. 25th, 2005 06:57 pmOddly appropriate that I was asked by my daughter to answer some questions regarding my job for a project..brought back all the reasons I do what I do, and why I love it so.
One of the questions was about how I got started in this line of work..
..so I had to answer (in a non-fangrrly manner, of course) that it was Sean Astin's speech and demeanor at the Generations United conference that long-ago October.
* *HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SEAN.* *
* * THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR INADVERTANTLY PUSHING ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR ME. YOU INSPIRE ME IN SO MANY WAYS..ON SO MANY LEVELS. STILL. YOU ARE A GOOD AND PURE HEART..GOD BLESS YOU, AND LONG MAY YOU SHINE. * *
