You know. Someone once asked me why it was, 'Always only black and white with me -- Always all or nothing'. I didn't have much of an answer for them.

That still sticks with me.

So many layers; pared down and down and down..and still searching for the core.

I don't think it actually exists.

If you take apart all these so pains-taking-ly, in-tri-cate-ly fitted puzzle-pieces, there is nothing iNsidE. Shimmering things in the shadows, that come and go -- like sporadic, teasing pulses of electricity -- fleeting..sparkling with the coy *promise* of light....But, really, at the heart of it..only shadows.

In other news?

Starbucks is crack.

I may or may not be disappearing again, tomorrow. Due to financial difficulties beyond my control.
