OMG. It's cold in here. Thank GOD for messes 'o blankies and hot tea. I am not really a tea drinker, but it feels SO good just to hold the cup, lmao.

Can't get the heater REFIXED until after the holidays/my paycheck gets in....I JUST had the $%^&*er fixed. WTF..two days after Christmas, it goes? I still haven't paid off the LAST monumental bill from it. Well, hey.

We are all together, and we have food and shelter. I'd say, in light of current worldwide events, that we are doin' okay. Just...sort of Amish. And yeah, I *still* found money to donate..as I *still* consider us rich by comparison. I woulda just wasted it on cigarettes, anyway.

I actually can't wait to go to work so I can get WARM, mercy.

Plan on going to the residents' New Years' party tomorrow afternoon, and taking DJ. Hehehehe...party hats, fake beer and noisemakers! We got some people in SERIOUS need of cheering-up, and DJ is just the man to do it. That is, if it is not *cancelled* due to everyone being sick from the recent flushots/nasty GI bug going around...Good times. I really want to take something for everyone, but don't have time/resources to do so...I guess hugs will have to do, lol.
