Hmm.

Reading Pirate Sorka's latest entry kinda made me think a bit..and I DO have to apologize to most of you for not commenting as much as I ought..now, granted, the past month and a half has been because I had no pc to comment FROM, lol...but, seriously? It is usually because I have nothing of import to add, and feel intrusive -- like, ya'll are gonna just blink and say, 'Who the hell is this person, and why is she butting in?', etc..So, just so you know, it is not any of you; it is just my innate dorkiness rising again to the surface, lol. Nothing personal.

The snow has finally begun to melt a bit here, and the sun is a gorgeous bright blue -- nice to see, after weeks of dull grey. LOTS of water on the roads, though (this area just doesn't seem to believe in drainage systems of any kind -- midtown is like one huge lake), due to melting, and at night it is gonna be a bitch to get anywhere. Gotta be careful of the drinking water, too -- as we are at the bottom of a 'mountain' (Yeah, Luna -- I can hear you laughing at that), and everything runs downhill into our well...including manure and runoff from the damned landfill -- that is oh, so conveniently placed atop said 'mountain'. I am dying to take a walk..but, where to, around here?

I have to go and get some white sneakers for work -- thank God that actual nurse shoes are not required -- and I think I will treat myself to a nice cardigan with pockets, also for work, if one is to be found. Being as it is Sunday in Amishland, this limits my choices..so, it is either Walmart or the Mall.

Are the DGAs going to be shown on E! tonight? I vaguely remember seeing something about that..and there was nothing on last night about them. Elijah looked SO #$%^&* damned good in red and black..those are SO his colours. Damn, boy. Giving me nasty thoughts; those two, together..
