MmmmHmm.

What little of the eclipse I could witness,
through cloud cover and trees -

stumbling endlessly
up and down the treacherous driveway of our circle
in the dark with a penlight -
alarming the neighbors
as
I
kept watch for Bigfoot -

- totally worth it.

Awesome.

We did manage to see just a bit of it. So damn cloudy. Beautiful none the less. Oddly enough, most of our building was out there with us.

most of our building was out there with us. - that's so awesome, I could see a guy a couple doors down the hill, leaning against his car, like I was. And yes, so beautiful :)

Neighbors I had never seen before. Mind you, no one spoke to anyone else, but at least we were near to each other without walls in between?

Some cloud cover but saw it from our back patio. It was beautiful!

You saw more than we did out here in cloudy Cali!

It was clear tonight in SoCal so we got the full effect: the blood red moon, the total eclipse, the whole beautiful lunar event. We took Conor down to the beach where it was fairly dark and we all watched. It was awesome!

Oh, that sounds lovely - the beach!
