No idea who that little guy is, but they're BOTH so damned cute in that picture. [livejournal.com profile] gayalithiel noted that, 'wearing shorts with long sleeves seems to be an English thing", and I agreed. Don't know why, but it does, to me. Yum.

Oh, and here's his backyard -

From here - http://realestalker.blogspot.com/2012/04/electro-pop-pioneer-gary-numan-sells.html - Please don't laugh TOO much at his gigantic pink house..

HOT.

No A/C.

And, thusly begins the Season in which we almost single-handedly support the Bag of Ice industry and implement the Seventeen Cold Showers Per Day system. Whoot.

Rest in peace, Betty D. My friend. Like I told you the night previous - If you have to go, I'll know where to find you ♥

Nnnngh...do not encourage me, liebe schoen. Anyway - it seems that, with the exception of a few comms - that my LJ flist is in absentia/at a standstill. So. I may as well post a bunch of nonsense about Gary Numan, right? No one's out there, anyway, right? Right?

Great movie, your icon. I gather you've seen, The Filth and the Fury, as well? Lydon. CRYING. "..."

Yes to F and F plus, the great rock and roll swindle of course.

here is my brain. Tied for best movie: 'Blade Runner' and 'Sid and Nancy'. Tied in my head for best book? 'Wuthering Heights' and '1984'

My own duality wakes even me up some nights ;)

Well. It seems that your taste is beyond compare. I mean, really. I totally agree - LOL - and that is a rare thing, I daresay. And, as a Gemini/Cancer Cat - I DO understand that whole duality thing - triplicality, maybe? For me, my musical tastes are ever at odds, though; and I'm awash in it, lately - I'd have to say - Hmmm - of all time? How about...Gabriel-Era Genesis (most of all, but anything peter gabriel does is amazing) and...Gary Numan? No! Jon Anderson's Yes! No! The Cure! No! DEVOKraftwerkSmashingPumpkins!

Oh, I do have to add, "Psycho" and, "The Ten Commandments" as non-optional viewing, as well. And, "Edward Scissorhands" for the Robert Smith-factor.

Well, I was in a punk/new wave band while still volunteering at animal shelters.

Doing mighty drugs while helping out at the soup kitchens twice a months.

I'm a Leo, but don't believe in that (or god) but most people say I am the nicest, most altruistic person they know.

So I am use to the duality and complexity that comes and happens in here (me mind) but it's okay. It's home, the brain, right?! ;)
