Last night, a crushing blow. Absently whistling, 'Lover's Leap' down the hallway, the insane nurse with the googly eyes, Cindy, asked what it was..I told her, and she frowned, 'Never heard of it.'

'Okay..Peter Gabriel?'
'Who?'
'Solsbury Hill?'
'Um.' *blank expression*
'..In Your Eyes?'
'No...'
'..Sledgehammer?' *slight cringe*
'No...'
'Genesis? Have you heard of Genesis?'

Yes you should be used to this shit, with this 25 year long Cure fixation! Even I am used to this shit now, with my obscure but beloved bands. Of course....nearly everyone alive has heard at least one Clash song....even though they probably didn't know that's what it was...
