Since DJ told me to 'calm down' before I posted a bunch of cursing, I will just say, The fucking package and pictures have been mailed.
Fell out of bed, frantically searched for tape to seal it, forgot pics and had to unseal it, sealed it again..and got there just in time for them to lock the Post Office.
My makeup-less/eyebrow-less state must have frightened them so much, they let me in. Thoroughly humiliating. But it's done, now.
I'm sure you have a proper Carlos answer to my PaulState. Fire away.
Have to go to dinner for my mother. Hopefully, I will be back before I work tonight.

Nice dinner with my sister and my kids for my mother's birthday..(which I ended up paying for..*cough*..Will wait for Hell to possibly freeze over solid for my Gemini sister to pay me her half of the check..) It was at my other sister's place of work, where she is a waitress, so we made her slave for us. The food was good, the portions HUGE, and well, yay. I got a club to go for work.
I invited Teh Man, but he wouldn't go. Says he 'feels like a failure'. Well, yaknow..a job might cure that..

Tonight starts the new schedule at work. Everything is being shifted forward a half an hour, so that dayshift is screwed out of their piddling bit of differential if/when they come in early. Nice.
I hate the idea that we have to wake these poor people up even earlier now, and drag them out of bed. This is going to be tough on them, but there is nothing we can do about it.

A lot of weird shit in the night skies around here, lately. These big -- and I mean BIG -- white, mushroom-shaped things; really bright -- and I mean BRIGHT -- and low-hanging..and, yes, I do mean REALLY low-hanging..all in a staggered row, over the entire town..just hanging there. They don't move. They just hang there. I noted this, as a regular jet airliner on its way to Philly went OVER them, and was actually moving at a normal pace. Strange.
No idea what they could be..all in a row, like that. I've seen them before..but not so many, all at once. Weather stuff, maybe.

I had to put gas in my car for the first time in a week. Go, Mein Dieter. I reiterate: Who's laughin' NOW?
