There is a crazy cooking show where they give the contestants a basket of completely unrelated - and generally weird - ingredients and creative cooking ensues. You should go on that show! :) My husband is the same way. We'll have nothing in the cupboards and he whips up fantastic meals. It's a talent, my dear. (I can't even cook when I have right ingredients and a recipe!)
