*sunlight. there's nothing more uplifting for me than a simple ray of light coming in through the window, or a walk around wherever, bathed in light. it's my happy.

*stopping life to watch a movie. we saw rango and true grit (the recent one) this weekend and they were both great. and really? i don't do this very often, so it's a bit of a treat.

*mexican coke. mmm sugar.

*'when you're falling' by afrocelts and pg... talk about uplifting.

*buffalo river home - john hiatt. always makes me smile.

*spending time with mah friends. doing anything at all. they're full of life, and being with them reminds me there is more to life than what i have.
